Feedin' Folks is run by , a Cape Breton chef with over 17 years in food service and hospitality. She trained in Culinary Arts at NSCC, with a background in Hotel and Restaurant Management, and has worked as a cook, sous chef, caterer, food service operations manager, event coordinator and culinary mentor, managing food service across 11 schools and helping execute events for over 1,000 guests.
More recently she has moved into film and television, providing on-set craft services and catering for productions. With experience both behind the scenes and in background acting, she understands the pace of a production day and what it takes to keep a cast and crew fed.
